Ms. Marsha Blackburn's suggestion to give ISP (Internet service provider), a pseudo-monopolistic market, power to strip off fake news will tilt the power further towards giant corporations, political and financial powerhouses, and those with deep connections and resources. The best solution would be to limit the spread of giant networks while controlling spam bots, and focus more on humanity while understanding the humanistic aspect of social networks, which has always been there ever since the rise of humans and humanity.

Wilheim Reich, born in Dobrianychi (part of Ukraine now), was an Austrian Psychiatrist known for his unusual experiments that he had tested between the years 1930s to 1950s.
