In the 21st century where IoT, Social Media platforms and satellites are there for getting detailed information even at an individual level, we need to reconsider this topic across the globe. Moreover, there are real stories about message feeds through pigeons, and cats having microchips for getting information, global leaders should consider changing their mindset on this subject, and also bring clarity on what is considered punishable spying. On a lighter note, making a stranger live in a new environment of public life that the person might detest could be a punishment on its own.

Wilheim Reich, born in Dobrianychi (part of Ukraine now), was an Austrian Psychiatrist known for his unusual experiments that he had tested between the years 1930s to 1950s.
