Personally, I believe self-reflection and intuition are connected, and intuition of highest level (what are those different levels - we will see soon) depends on self-reflection. This topic, I believe, revolves more on exposure, experience and time. We can point out great examples on that front.

When it comes to testosterone, and human impulses - yes, that is certainly a factor, but if it were to be the only factor, we would not be seeing impulsive purchasing behavior of many women.
