What is the big deal with this Google+ data or any data for that matter?

How this data management connected to prior art, prior use in marketplace, and more?

How such kind of presentations be mis-characterized as just testing results rather than original art?

What is transformative fair use?

Useful website to carbon date any website - It certainly could help in prior art, and plagiarism cases. For example, you come up with thorough analysis on how the current set of industrial revolution can influence the world in proportions never seen before, and then another person with deep pockets do the same, you have a way to protect yourself to some extent on who came up with that work first. Similarly, if you had run a deep economic analysis, and others taking credit in the form of movie or other analysis, you have a way to provide supporting evidence. Not a complete protection, but could help to some extent. I will touch upon more on prior art, fair use, plagiarism and more soon through a series of videos.
